Plenty of products help a pre-licensed clinician find a supervisor. Almost none help them prove, two years later, what that supervision actually consisted of — and that is the half a licensing board cares about.
Between graduating and getting licensed there is a stretch of two to four years in which somebody accumulates thousands of hours of supervised practice. The hours are the qualification. The evidence for them is usually a spreadsheet, an email thread, and a signature obtained at the end from somebody who is reconstructing the year from memory.
That evidence fails in ordinary, predictable ways. A supervisor retires or stops replying. A placement ends badly. A file is lost, or was never the supervisee’s to keep. A board asks a question the record cannot answer. None of these are exotic — they are Tuesday — and each one can cost somebody a year.
TripleRoute puts the finding and the proving in the same product, on purpose: the record is created as the supervision happens, by the two people it concerns, and it is sealed as it goes rather than assembled at the end.
What we deliberately are not
TripleRoute holds no client-identifying information and has no field that could. Not a name, not a date of birth, not a note, not a treatment plan. Supervision case discussion here stays de-identified. You cannot leak a column that was never created, and that is the strongest privacy control available to us.
We keep a structured, sourced interpretation of published requirements, with the citation and the review date attached so you can check it. Your board decides what it accepts. Where we have not researched a jurisdiction we say so, rather than showing a plausible number.
We do not take a percentage of anybody’s fee. The rate is between the supervisor and the supervisee, and it is recorded because the record should say what was agreed — not because we are counting.
How we build
There is no administrator override, no support tool, no path for us. A correction is an amendment that preserves the original. This is inconvenient exactly when somebody wants it to be convenient, which is when it is doing its job.
Every requirement figure on this site was entered by a named human reviewer against a pinpoint citation to published board text. None of it is inferred, extrapolated or produced by a model. Where a jurisdiction has not been researched, the page says so and shows no figures at all.
